System Flushing Requirement - VERY IMPORTANT

It is required that : After installing your Aqua-Doc system , Please open all taps (Hot and Cold) at all sinks, showers and Bathtubs while flushing the toilets for a period of 20 - 30 minutes once a week for Three Weeks. It is advisable that you remove all aerators (little screens) from your Kitchen & Bathroom faucets while flushing the system . Although a minor Maintenance cost of several dollars worth of water, This flushing technique will accelerate the "Stabilization period" enabling you to enjoy more quickly the wonderful benefits of Permanent, Natural Soft water. During the flushing period a lot of sediment will occur in the Bathtub . Not to Worry. This Material is actually the ingredients which make up the important mineral chain so important to Health.

Once a month . 2 - 3 quarts of water should be drained from the lower tap of the water heater/Boiler to remove the de calcified sediment. This may be done for up to 6 months or until the sediment disappears, at that time the heater is de scaled and operating at peak efficiency.
Recirculating systems with or without pumps should have a drain designed into the lowest section of the hot water line, Should your system not have this we advice that you add one.

Small scale particles may initially accumulate in the faucet, dishwasher, or washing machine screens "aerators ", Since the Aqua-Doc system is operating and dissolving the previous lime build-up. If these particles inhibit the flow , simply remove the screen, rinse it out, and replace it.
